【あらすじ】

長男は立派な侍、次男は大店の奉公人、長女は名の知れた小料理屋の若女将。

それぞれ立派に成長した子供達の元へ、ある日便りが届く。「おとっつぁんが亡くなった。すぐに帰って来い」

故郷で久しぶりに揃った3人の子供達の目の前に現れたのは・・・？

The eldest son became an upstanding samurai.

The second son serves as a clerk in a prosperous merchant house.

The daughter is now the young proprietress of a well-known little restaurant.

All three have made their own way in the world — until one day, a message arrives:

“Your father has died. Come home at once.”
